Our standard delivery is on Fridays. We use your postcode to decide your delivery options. Delivery is free in the Chew Valley and Bristol areas and there is a courier charge for the rest of Mainland UK. See below for full list of postcodes we cover. Delivery is between 7am and 7pm on the day. If there are any special instructions on where to leave your box, please add them during checkout. Note that payment for repeat boxes is taken on a Wednesday, with delivery on Friday as usual.
To qualify for free delivery there is a minimum spend of £40 or delivery charge of £7.50 to apply.
If you have a coupon please enter the code during checkout. Note there is a minimum £26 spend for the INTROBOX code.
There’s a minimum 2 day turnaround between order and delivery. So you’ll need to order by 12 midday Wednesday for Friday delivery.
Insulated Boxes – in case you’re out.
Our normal service is to supply your meat in an insulated box which will keep it cool for at least 24 hours. We don’t charge for the boxes, so you also help the environment by leaving your previous box out for us, we will gladly recycle them for you. You’re also welcome to leave out your own cool box. If you’re going to do that, please add to the delivery note.
Note, all meat is delivered fresh and is suitable for home freezing as needed.
We currently deliver free to the following postcodes. If you live very close to one of these areas, you can always get in touch to see if we can add your area to the list.
- Chew Valley and South Bristol: BS25, BS39, BS40, BS41, BS48 and BS49 codes.
- Bristol: BS1 – 9, BS13, BS14 and BS99
For the rest of Mainland UK there is a courier charge which will be added during checkout. Sorry we’re not currently able to deliver outside of Mainland UK.
Whilst every reasonable effort is made to keep to any delivery date and time, as a small business we can’t be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any requested delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Cancellation and Refunds
You are able to cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by phoning us on 01761 462 367. If you are not satisfied with your meat after delivery for any reason, please contact us within 7 days and we will usually be able to arrange a full and prompt refund.
Repeat Boxes – Details and Questions
Once you’re on the product details page for a box you can select if you’d like a one off box or receive it fortnightly or every four weeks. If you order a recurring box you’ll be prompted to enter your credit card details during checkout. Your card details are stored securely by our payment gateway.
How Do I Cancel My Box?

Can I Adjust The Box Contents?
Yes, if you email us details of how you would like to change the order we will normally be able to do this for you. Please give us at least 1 weeks notice before your next box payment is due to make changes.
What If I need to take a holiday?
The simplest way is to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your holiday dates and we’ll do the rest.
